ASP .NET 3.5 on IIS 6
The .NET 3.5 framework is now available on existing Windows shared hosting accounts. This upgrade was automatically applied to all Windows IIS6 accounts previously running version 2.0.
A few notes about this framework.
- 3.5 is backward compatible with both version 2.0 and 3.0.
- The 2.0/3.0/3.5 option is displayed under ‘Languages’ in the Hosting Control Center similar to this:

ASP 2.0/3.0/3.5
– If you’re currently running the 1.1 framework you can switch to the 3.5 framework by going to ‘Languages’ in the Hosting Control Center to make this change.
